In case your profile and skill set suit the requirement, TES HR recruitment team will call you for the technical/first round of interview.

Once my resume is through how much time does it take to know the status of my application?

In 1 week we would respond back on whether you have been shortlisted for further rounds or not. In case it takes longer than that, the candidate is free to mail and check with the recruitment team.

How many rounds of interview are there?

2 to 3 rounds depending upon the position applied for.

What kind of test do you take?

Before the first round of interview as part of your application, we take –
A written technical test to map the knowledge of any candidate on our product and its engineering principles.
A multiple answer based psychometric test to assess your cultural fitment with our core values

Do I have to give references of past work?

Yes, it’s a must to give minimum references of people who have closely worked with you in your profession. For sales positions, customer references are mandatory. No personal references are accepted.
